I have a Fuji 4.0 road bike I want to put a brake/shifter system on it, but I don't know what to get.?

The Shimano Sora STI "Flight deck" is a great entry level brake/shift combo.. You will find them on entry and mid level road bikes. I have had them on my bike for 5 years and they have performed flawlessly. It all depends on how much money you want to spend. All of the Shimano brake/shifter combos are very highly rated.
