Mystery illness ruining my life.?

Ive been suffering from pain on both sides of my ribcage and pressure in the middle. Ive had CT scans, a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The doctors can't find anything. Even standing for too long makes it alot worse, and eating anything usually bothers me. Ive lost almost 30 lbs and my job. I need help desperately. Sometimes have very sharp pain under belly on.
