Isn't it considered automatic termination if you talk about your pay at work around others?

We have this girl that constantly gripes because she hasn't had a raise, she's only been here for like 5 months, I have been here for 2 years, since the company started! She is rude to everyone, puts down a lot of people, talks crap about everyone, and thinks shes all that.
