Who has a good recipe for stuffed peppers?

I really like stuffed peppers& sometimes we use the jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese & wrapped in bacon grilled or the bell peppers stuffed with what seems like a meatloaf & rice baked in the oven & i'm thinking of trying to stuff some banana pepper sweet or hot wonder how that would be?I love to hear your idea about stuffed peppers.Thanks
