My boyfriends wont stay erect?

ok it will get really hard really fast. but b4 he puts on the condom if im not messin with it it goes limp really quickly. and sometimes he'll be erect and when hes almost inside me its not erect anymore. he trys everything to get it erect again. sometiems it works sometiems it dont. need help. could something be wrong??!?!
