Im 14 And i started weight lifting for bout a month but im not seeing a change what ami not doing?

do your workouts as slow as you can, dont try to impress your friends by doing as many and as fastest as you can, the slower you do it, the more muscle you gain, also try eating chicken and drink protein milk shakes to help gain muscle, chicken has proteins that help gain muscle also, work the back of your arms if you want them to look bigger, not the top, do triangles whenever working, im positive that if you do this, you'll see good results in less than a week.
