What is the definition of politically correct? Does it mean that you hate on haters?

Help me out yall I am sooo confused. Who am I supposed to hate again. I've tried hating on everybody on this website (including myself, white girl from the south) and I just keep pis**** people off. It's all very confusing...remember I'm a hillbilly, my daddy is my baby daddy...
