Is wearing a gold and silver necklace bad?

It shouldn't be bad if you keep it up. If the cross is sterling silver or white gold, it shouldn't tarnish very easily. If it is real silver and it does happen to tarnish, dip a Q-tip in Tarn-ex and swab the cross a little to get the tarnish buildup off and rinse it thoroughly. Should keep it nice and shiny!
