Shannon Matthews; does anyone think the whole shebang of her 24 days will be up there with the 'canoe' case?

What I am trying to say is this; John Darwin, who disappeared from his home in March 2002 and was presumed drowned was surreal enough, but will there be twists and turns in wee Shannon's experience which will get us all 'ooh'-ing and 'ah'-ing during the case of her abductor - populist press gossip notwithstanding?
