Do raccoons eat broccoli?

Our garden has been a feasting ground for a small animal. Our peas had just blossomed, and then were trampled and devored, then our broccoli and cauliflower was and is still being nibbled and broken off at the bottom. We have ducks, but they only will eat the lettuce, we aren't sure if it is a rabbit or a raccoon.
