How can i be with him?

this guy always stared/smiled at me. bt ever sinc every1s been tellin me he wants to go out with me hes been actin strange& sometimes wont even look at me. he used to finger me when he drove me home sometimes. bt now he wont really look at me, nd says he wont drive me home anymore cos im too mean nd aggresive. ppl used to tell me he wanted to have a date with me..ect. i really want to be with him but i have no clue how.
